Each Friday at Riad Africa's charity kitchen we cook over 50 kg of traditional couscous with chicken and seven vegetables for hungry local people.
This is portioned into 125 nutritional servings, individually boxed, then distributed on foot, by handcart or by car to specifially targetted neighbourhoods, cemeteries and mosques within and beyond Marrakech medina.

Chicken; seven vegetables (onions, tomatoes, pumpkins, cabbages, turnips, courgettes and carrots); couscous; various ingredients and spices; transport; volunteers for preparing and distributing the meals.
